To start a new college in rural area have always been a challenging task for those who indulge in such kind of a task. Gathering the right resources for a degree college is not an easy job given the restrictions in a hinterland. And starting a college amid Coronavirus pandemic throws unique and completely new challenges that we have never faced in our life.
